I had a bunch of veggies that needed to be used and this is what happened :) Turned out really well and with the pasta sauce, but can make your own if you are worried about the salt or sugar content (stewed tomatoes and italian herbs).
EASY to make and FABULOUS! Chardonnay recommended as cooking wine, but can also use Savignon Blanc - make sure it's DRY. Note that nutritional information is if you drink the sauce, too, so likely lower in most nutrients noted.
DELICIOUS and juicy! Easy to make and very healthy. Baked chicken at it's finest! Can serve with carb and veg of your choice.
This recipe was made from the REAL SIMPLE magazine with a couple tweaks to make it a little better for you. The sauce is AMAZING with the olive oil, vinegar, peach juice, pork juice and onions all playing off each other!
THESE DO NOT USE CRACK - It's a joke! Great recipe - can sub 2 egg whites for whole egg to reduce fat (but only 4.5g/2 pancake serv.) Also can use low sodium baking powder as alternative for heart healthier diets. ENJOY!
