Yummy, natural and not too sweet
The olive oil in this makes it seem like it's a little high on fat, but served over grated yellow squash, it makes a healthy and filling alternative to pasta. Plus, since it's all raw, all of the veggies retain all their vitamins! It's the best tasting way to get all your veggies in one sitting! Even my five year old loves this.
