I love the Peanut Soup at Kings Arms Tavern in Colonial Williamsburg.
Using leftover ham from Christmas dinner, a lighter, more healthier, spicy soup can warm the heart while lightening the fat, calorie and protein content, while adding lots of vitamins and minerals.
Carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes, all roasted with whole cloves of garlic and big chunks of onions. With a hint of rosemary, pepper and paprika, veggies really satisfy!
