I made a few changes to recipe submitted by ARFICAPARISH by adding the whole ground flax seed meal, slithered almonds and substituting the orange juice concentrate. I made a double recipe, dividing the batch between 3 foil pans.
Great for breakfast, brunch and even a dinner, you will be back for more
Wholesome, great tasting muffins, or pour in loaf pan, bake, slice into 12 pieces, toast, ((yum yum))
