We love pizza and this recipe came from my aunt who made meatballs with oatmeal as the filler instead of breadcrumbs.
A great option for the typical chicken parmesan. Also the tomato salad a great addition to grilled chicken (garlic, olive oil spray and salt and pepper) on the grill!
I needed something to eat before I worked out in the morning so I made this and it is delicious and very smooth with the soy yogurt!
THIS CAN BE AS SPICY AS YIOU LIKE. THE NOODLES MAKE IT SO MUCH LIGHTER THAN RICE.THIS CAME IN MY PREVENTION'S FLAT ABS BOOK. I ADDED THE EXTRA VEGGIES. YUM!
