I'm always looking for an addition to eating healthy packed with great flavor! My husband doesn't like gluten free or low fat and this is one he requests!
Looking for dinner rolls without wheat flour or yeast. Really yummy! Took the recipie from Allergy Free Kitchen, but substituted teff flour for arrowroot flour, vegetable oil instead of sunflower oil, 2% milk instead of rice milk, and put into muffin tin instead of baking as a loaf.
Bountiful Baskets, Asian pack
Looking to get the protien, accomodate special diets, and control portions? Cook meatloaf in a muffin tin!
I was going to use this as a stir fry until hubby suggested to have it cold! Tons of high vitamin/mineral content.

This is a great recipe for kids and adults! It's gluten free, spicy and delicious!
I am not a fan of squash except spaghetti squash. I am still up to new foods. I thought I would try other root vegetables and used the squash, potato, onion, carrots and asparagus.
My son loves macaroni and cheese! What kid doesn't! I'm not one to serve pre-packaged or processed food so I went looking for a gluten free substitute. He LOVES this recipe.
My family consists of a diabetic and two gluten sensitivity people! So when it comes to eating healthy we struggle to find dishes that cover both sides of the healthy plan!
This is something I whipped up one day when I was suffering with an illness! No noodles, just good raw vegetables and chicken!
Mostly gluten-free and delicious!
