I took the basics of this recipe from SP Recipe submitted by JOJOMKE for Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins. Since we dont use cow milk in our home I used the vanilla soy milk for soaking the oats and included the tsp. of Vanilla for that extra bit of flavor. There is no need to sugar in these muffins, they are fabulous especially before or after the gym and for snack time or on the go.
Slow Cooker Chicken Black Bean Brown Rice Soup.
Soooo easy!! This was a last minute idea. Threw it together in the slow cooker for 6 hours on low.
This pasta dish is not only easy to make but isnt heavy like some pasta dishes can be. Loads of veggies and the salmon make this a quick and healthy dish.
