Taco Bell used to offer a seafood salad. Here's my low fat version. Sodium level is high, but calculated nutrition info reflects much higher sodium than actual.
This recipe was inspired by Jillian Michael's recipe. I've made a couple of slight changes based on my family's preferences.
Substitute some of the honey with stevia to lighten up this recipe. Save even more calories by omitting the honey, but the flavor will not be as rich (or as delightful!)
