adaptation of a pork or beef goulash.
These are lovely light breakfast muffins, with a basic oat muffin recipe spiced up with yummy fruit :) Slightly naughty if you add chocolate... If you want fat free or close enough substitute the stork (veg fat) for apple sauce, which will also give a different taste.
This is a good chicken curry which is low fat and tastes even better the next day.
