Dianne's Tuna Cheese Wrap

I have tried coming up with a low calorie and low sodium tuna wrap. Not an easy task since most canned tuna and tortillas are high in sodium. So if you want the sodium even lower, use bread instead of a tortilla or opt to wrap with a lettuce leaf and/or eliminate the cheese. [:))]

Cheesy Crustless Asparagus and Spinach Quiche

This recipe is one that I conjured up since I wasn't able to find one that had all the ingredients I used. My family loved this. I served hash brown patties for a side. [:-bd]
