A quick recipe for some delicious and healthy curry. The large variety of veggies gives it a great flavor. Add more red pepper flakes if you like it spicy!
Kind of strange combo, but actually quite good! I'd recommend finding a different can of salmon than the trader joe's - mine still had part of a spinal column in it and i had to pick out the bones. GROSS.
