I saw something like this on spark. I basically entered this more for my easy calculating into my nutrition page, but if someone thinks about trying it, you WILL love it. Addicting!
Just entering this to make my dinner entry more simple. I used 4 cans to make this. Trader Joe's is where I bought them. I buy organic when I can. High high high fiber. Add spicey peppers or hot sauce for that extra calorie burn!
This is my morning smoothie pretty much every day. It is quick, easy, and makes me feel better after than anything else I ever eat. I think it's easier on my digestion process also. The ingredients are mostly from Trader Joe's but can be substituted. Filling and tasty!
