    Urban Chicken Gormet
    2lbs extra lean ground beef,5 wasa crackres (make into crumbs) 1egg, !/2 onion (finely chopped) 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. cumin,salt Mix place in loaf pan bake 350 covered 30 min then uncover drain &bake 30 min, put steak sauce on top 15min before serving
