One of the best, most refreshing salads I have ever had. Sweet, very low calorie, and delicious.
I adapted this. Quite good, but serve hot/warm - I've had it room temperature and it gets a little dry.
Recipe from Giada di Laurentiis, very hearty dinner-type salad. Initially calls for walnuts, but I took those out. Saves calories and I don't like them. :-) 4 servings.

Delicious and spicy stir fry, and the teriyaki chicken adds a little sweetness to cool it down.
This is a very nice, lightly dressed Greek Salad. We will eat it as a stand alone meal sometimes. You can also add chicken, or use it as a side salad. It keeps pretty well. Adjust however you need to, I usually put in a bit more garlic and lemon juice personally.
