I did not have all the ingredients that I wanted to make these. Next time I would like to use agave instead of the honey. I then divided it into the right ratio to get about 180 calories. Next time I am going to include some protein powder to up the protein content.
This gives lots of flavor to a lower fat version of Mac and Cheese. My husband cannot even tell the difference.
This is a great fat free bread. This is a hearty bread to serve with soup. I love it toasted after it has sat for a day. Toast it and serve with olive oil and your favorite herbs.
I made this from a left over roasted chicken. It was easy, very filling and my husband loved it.
