Sounds complex, but turns out it is really easy to make. If you do not have good knife skills, you can ask a butcher to fillet the roast for you.
This makes a great sauce to go with roast pork, but could be used with other meats as well.
I found this recipe in the newspaper when we lived in Houston. It became an immediate family favorite and it's easy!
This is one of my warm weather favorites. It is best eaten the day it's made, but will carry over one day. After that, the taste is still good, but it doesn't look good
