Great for an "on the go" breakfast or for in-between meals.
The original recipe comes in at over 700 calories!!! I found a recipe that used applesauce in place of the oil. I lightened it further using skim milk, egg substitue and sweet n' low. Came out very moist and I dusted the top with 10x sugar for the little "extra", though whipped cream or a little bit of icing would be good also...or you may enjoy just plain! Not something for everyday, but definately worth it if you just have that craving that won't go away!
A friend gave me this recipe. You can easily adapt it using lighter versions, different cheeses or adding peppers and such.
