This taken from Alton Brown's "Live and Diet" show...it's his morning smoothie that he starts his day with. I am listing what I use-and it is really good! It also stores well throughout the day. It doesn't seperate, so you can make this and take if for lunch or if you go to the gym in the morning, you can drink this afterward (just keep it cold). Very good way to start the day AND you get all your daily servings of fruit in one anti-oxident packed drink! :)
Tasty warm sweet and it keeps you full for a very long time!
