These are a much better tasting bean than pinto. Try them in your Mexican dishes.

Sam's granola

Great addition to yogurt, pancakes and oatmeal. Gives a nice nutty crunch. Not hefty on the fat or calories, lots of fiber.

Whole wheat pasta with turkey beans and veggies

This is a great recipe for the pasta lovers as well as those that need the extra fiber. It is easy and and very filling. Low cal too.
