This is similar to the s.p. recipie with a few additions. I think the addition of cabbage or red cabbage really makes this delicious.
This is a great combo of fruit flavors and textures with protien and calcium to boot!
Pre cook the lentils according to the package directions and save .6 of a cup to put in this sauce.
