Cook Rice a Roni chicken and whole grain rice box according to directions
Add one can black beans
one teaspoon garlic flavored olive oil
3/4 cup of onion chopped fine
1/2 cup of green peppers
1 cup of tomatoes
1/2 Thyme
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
In large skillet heat olive oil and sautee green peppers and onions until tender. stir in tomatoes beans and thyme and garlic salt. Then add vinegar and reserved juice and cook 5 minutes. Serve over any style rice and serve with lime wedges for garnish
