Found this recipe on Allrecipes and because my husband is on a restricted fat diet, I revised the recipe.
Watched Ellie Krieger make something similar on the Food Network and changed her recipe slightly. Turned out fantastic and both my husband and I enjoyed it. Will try it again and saute either beef or chicken to add to the rice to make a one pot meal.
These are great tasting and light biscuits - weight watchers friendly. Found the recipe online and make them whenever I need a biscuit fix; my husband enjoys them as well. They are only 1.5 points on the WW program!
I found this recipe while searching the web for a healthy pumpkin muffin - weight watchers style. I lightened it up even more by substituting egg sub for 2 eggs and applesauce for the oil.
This recipe was on Gina's Weight Watcher Recipe site and it was so good, I wanted to share.
This recipe was submitted by Kebest and I loved the recipe - just wanted to bring down the fat and calories and increase the amount of fiber.
This is fantastic - even reheated.
