Super delicious popovers made from another member's recipe. I removed the salt.
This is an easy to fix dinner that is even perfect for company. I modified this from a Hungry Girl recipe. I generally eat if over a roll although my husband likes it on a tortilla. My friends like it just in a bowl! To complete the meal, I serve it with salad. Perfect comfort food!
Chicken lovers will adore this recipe adapted from Hungry Girl. One thing I've done is add BBQ sauce to spice it up a bit. You can, of course delete that or add to it depending on taste. One thing to note: 2 TBSP of BBQ sauce such as I used is 60 calories so be prudent.
This is delicious as a mini eggplant parmesan or made as a sandwich. I wrote the recipe as a sandwich. This is a modified version of a Betty Crocker recipe. Yummy and filling!
