I found this recipe on a local recipe exchange FB page and it looked so good.
My best friends mom created this years ago because we loved the Enchilada soup at Chili's restaurant. She got it as close as she could. I still love this recipe.

A healthier twist on one of family's favs. So Yummy, sodium is a little higher then I hoped though.

The Homemade Gourmet Garlic Lemon seasoning mix in a mix I bought from a Homemade Gourmet sales representative. My friend and mother made it using garlic and lemon seasonings and said it was still really good.
a lower calorie/fat version of this great recipe. I do not use actual bananas because some of the family does not the texture of the bananas in the pudding. So I use banana cream flavored pudding instead of french vanilla.

I found the recipe in my Biggest Loser cookbook, had to make a few changes because I couldnt find the exact flour they listed and I had to make buttermilk cause I forgot to buy it. My non-dieting husband loved these!
