Using Herbalife products (Protein Powder and Vanilla flavored Healthy Meal Shake Mix), I added 1 cup of lite vanilla soy milk, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1 banana. The result is a smooth, delicious breakfast shake!
Use whatever veggies you have in your fridge...add grilled chicken (with pepper and garlic powder)
