One of my childhood favorites made with love by both of my parents
My mom always made this dessert as one of my Christmas desserts when I was growing up. I now make it on a healthier version minus the eggs and pie crust

This is a tailgate vegetable casserole passed down by an aunt. You can add any vegetable you like. This is what I had on hand. For this casserole I normally use, broccoli, asparagus, carrots, baby bella mushrooms, corn, and cauliflower. It's really a good side dish for any type of meat, poultry, or fish.

My young adults use to love this meal, I would always have to make a very big pot, because if I hadn't, they would have eaten it all in one day.

An easy anytime salad that wonderful at lunch or dinner. You can add albacore tuna, sauteed chopped shrimp & red sweet bell pepper, and/or fine chopped tomatoes. Or, you can simply have the crab only, either way......mmm.... mmm

Have this shake before or after an intense workout.........if you like breakfast shakes, add 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats (dry) to start your day right.
This is a good protein breakfast drink or a good protein drink after an intense workout. You can even add 1/4 cup of old fashion oats (dry) for a powerful breakfast drink
This sauce is very easy to make and I use it as a spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, and bread dipping sauce. This recipe is freezeable...........Very multi-purpose.......as a single person I usually divide the pot into several uses at a later date (I freeze at least 5 or 6 1 cup/8oz ziplock sandwich bags )
If you like sweet potatoes, these are delicious without extra sugar added, instead add honey and/or agave nectar.
This was one of my favs that my mom always makes.....she even has the grandkids lovin it...........however, I tweaked it nutritionally......without using fried bacon and bacon grease.

This one pot meal is a favorite of my children when they were much younger (now 20, 25 yrs old) . It can be made in so many different varieties.....I substituted what I had on hand (sweet peas, baby carrots)...when this dish is normally made I use broccoli, corn, and I use fresh carrots that I slice myself...my now young adult children, substitute with ground beef, chicken and/or turkey...you can taylor it to your families likes.
