Delicious comfort food especially on a winter's day.
Serve with tea biscuits OR top with dumplings.

Delicious with grilled veggies (peppers, onions mushrooms and tomatoes) and baked potatoes.
Also really nice cold leftover, sliced in a pita with your favorite veggies or condiments.
Not very healthy (high salt, carbs) but I had to count it!
Slightly adapted from Betty Crocker. This recipe was vegan without any changes!
May also use fat-free sour cream or plain yogourt.
4 generous servings of 1/4 lb beef each (or divide into 8ths for .5 serving if you want a smaller amt).
This was made to have with spaghetti squash, and served with steamed spinach.
I barbecue these on med-low flame in a veggie basket. Check and stir (turn) every few minutes. My favorite combo is with baked potato and pork tenderloin.
Sweet and Sour Meatballs plus lots of veggies and no pineapple.
Good for pot-luck.
My mix, copied from one I bought; I love it on salad.
These are the proportions I ended up with, when I bought stuff bulk.
chicken thighs with sweet peppers, onion, and tomatoes, seasoned as you like.
Lots of veggies and optional meat; serve with tortillas, taco shells, brown rice or pasta, and grated cheese if desired.
