**TIP: Look for Chinese 5 spice powder. using this will enhance the flavor of any asian recipe and could replace 1 tbsp of soy sauce. ***
This recipe can also be used as a filling for baked egg rolls.

Parmasean Tilapia

bread the tilapia by dipping in egg white then covering in bread crumbs. place tilapia on cookie sheet, drizzle a bit of oil on each tilapia and bake for 8-10min under the broiler. serve.

Cheesy Zucchini and Salsa

slice zucchini and cook in sauce pan with herdez salsa. once its thoroughly cooked add cheese. lower flame and continue to cook until cheese melts.
