I made this tonight with brown rice and fiber one as my substitutions to healthy it up. I used no salt, but the fiber one and tuna and egg have sodium naturally.
this is the christmas favorite for my family it could be healthier with splenda!
# beef, round steak, 1 lb (remove)
# *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 2 can (remove)
# *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
# *Canola Oil, .5 cup (remove)
# Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips (remove)
# Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
# White Rice, long grain, 4 cup (remove)
# *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
great base enchiladas, can cover with chili, sour cream, cheese or red chili sauce...
