Heres a sweet treat for you! Its great if you love fudge, but dont want all that chocolate.
You can also try to make these with rum and maple flavoring as well. Yummy!
Adding spinach to your meatballs adds volume and fiber, so you can eat the same amount of meatballs with fewer calories, and it's a great way to sneak veggies into your picky kid's meal. I got 30 small meatballs out of this but only 25 made it into the sauce (my husband and I kept eating them). They are moist and flavorful with or without the sauce. Serve the leftovers for lunch on crusty whole wheat Italian bread for a meatball hero.
For a traditional spaghetti and meatball dinner, serve this over 1 cup of your favorite low point pasta. I had this over 1 cup Ronzoni Smart Taste spaghetti which gave me a total of 7 points.

A must have at every large get together. This is my daughter's favorite dip, which she has nicknamed "the stuff". It's easy to prepare and always disappears in minutes. Serve this cold and your next party with your favorite baked tortilla chips. Also great with jalapeρos, scallions or avocados.
A simple yet elegant dessert. The combination of sour cream with the sweetness of the brown sugar is absolutely addicting! My mother learned how to make this recipe in a culinary class she took when I was younger and it became a childhood favorite of mine. I just called it strawberry dip not knowing it actually had a name. Other variations include adding a tiny bit of orange zest or the juice of an orange, or a splash of Grand Marnier. I think it's perfect without. Serve this in a champagne or martini glass with a mint leaf for an elegant presentation.
