This was a favorite of mine growing up. Now that I am trying to get healthy I decided to make this the original way and then make a recipe make over of it.
My mom would make this soup when she was on Weight Watchers because it had so many great flavors and it was a free point soup. Since then we have added left over pot roast and corn to it. Still tastes amazing on a cold day
I was really hungry one day and saw potato chips and thought i would make some dip to go with it.
Then I started thinking that maybe making a low fat low carb dip that would be filling and delicious.
So I look into my cabinets and found all the ingredients and just started creating something.
Funny after I finished making it I was no longer hungry.
This casserole has been a staple in my family for generations. Our church would have brunch every Easter Sunday and the members would all have different types they brought. You make it the night before then just stick it in the oven.
I have a hard time getting in all my water and my fiber so i found a way to make my instant tea with the lemon juice and fiber
i didnt know what to make one day so i figured i could make this. i was craving something mexican so i threw together ingrediants that i had that i knew tasted good together. It is high in sodium just a warning
