My hubby and his friends LOVE these, so.. I make this HUGE batch of them and cut them into at least 30 pieces and BAM.. only 115 calories EACH! WHAT!?
My husband LOVES banana bread (I can't stand it). I had bananas that were about to spoil and he asked, so.. this is what I made..
This is for one of those days when you just WANT pie but you know you dont want to take the calorie hit for it.. lol This totally satisfies my cravings for apple pie with ice cream with LOTS of fiber and bit of protein and a total craving kicker for only 150 calories per serving! YES, I'm serious!
This is definitely not for "all" people. My mother used to make it when I was a kid and something made me make it today (maybe i miss her!) and it's yummy!! I had to calculate it, so I'm posting it. Something totally different for lunch and I could feed 4 of us with it (1 cup portions).
I dont like the pretzels and nuts and things, so this is a quick mix with just rice and corn chex... so yummy! :)
