Hearty & filling, this a great main didh to make ahead for the week or a wonderful side.
It's the recipe off the box with healthy substitutions for butter and eggs.
Follow the box, but use 1 tbsp flack and 3 tbsp water for each egg, 1/2 cup applesauce instead of oil, and milk instead of water. Voila.
This creamy dish gives a good dose of whole grain, protien and veggies if you choose chunky fresh salsa! Keeps you full all day or evening.
