Very tasty, low calorie hardy soup!!
This is taken from their cook book.
Combine all in a stock pot with 8 cups of water (more if desired). Cook on med/low for 2 hours. If you serve with cheese, sour cream or chips add those totals in.
Combine everything in a stock pot, cook cook for 2 hours, serve with cheese and sour cream if you want (not added to calories!!) Could be done in a large crock pot too if desired,
