This is meant to be easy, so probably not the healthiest way to do it, but it tastes good at least.
The lemon juice adds a nice tang, the honey takes the edge off.
Quick and dirty, but still pretty tasty!
A hearty beef and potato stew. Combine the ingredients the night before, set it too cook in the morning and come home to a fresh meal.
A chicken salad, great for pitas, with fruit and some veg.
A fruit and milk smoothie, good for breakfast, dessert or anytime. Sprinkle some cinnimon into the mix before blending for a little spice.
