Lots of people say they hate Kale, but that is generally because they've never had it cooked correctly. Give this a try! Very basic (I use all organic ingredients)

Make your own ultra-tasty lemonade - avoid chemical additives, and sweeten only to your own taste. Extra Yummy on really hot days, and helps promote an alkaline metabolism.
