I use this homemade blend to make everything from biscuits to pancakes to cookies to apple brown betty. It is full of fiber and when used in place of flour really adds a new dimension to baking

I love Gooey Butter Cake and I just had to adjust this recipe when I found it. You can substitute the SuperMoist yellow cake mix with the yellow butter cake mix but it just adds calories. By adding about half the butter and a half cup of applesauce they stay moist and gooey without losing the taste.
