| brandy's gluten-free, IC safe, oxolate-free, vegetarian, diabetic cookbook yeah, i know--that is a mouthful to say...PLEASE if anyone has to avoid oxolates, i'd love to see some recipes. i can find replacements for the other issues, but oxalates are hard to replace in recipes. ie; what to use to trade out celery in making vegi stock? any ideas are greatly welcome! |
