Original recipe called for pecans but I had walnuts and thought they were pretty good. I had to adjust my ingredients to make a batter that could be made into balls.
We first tasted this at a local restaurant and since then, have been trying to replicate it at home. It's better at the restaurant but a little healthier at home probably. Any ideas of how to make it more decadent but healthier?

A light version of something found in some restaurants.
Easy to make, low in fat and calories and fast to prepare. Fantastic to eat with vegetables.
Put in sandwiches, but especially on BLT sandwiches. Make a big batch on the weekend and use in different meals throughout the week.
