Originally from Allrecipes.com, but I changed a few things to make them more diet friendly. These are so yummy!
I use ground extra lean turkey to make this low fat. I also used the lowest sodium and most natural bbq sauce I could find.
Great fast and easy recipe to use with an InstantPot or other pressure cooker.
So yummy and so not fattening!! This is perfect with a dollop of vegan (or regular) whipped cream on top.

This was originally my Mom's recipe and I haven't found a recipe that can compare to how great these taste. This isn't her original recipe, but rather a healthier version of it.
This is a recipe I made from scratch because I just couldn't find a recipe that I liked. I used Sriracha hot sauce but you could use whatever kind you have around. I did not include the hamburger buns in the nutritional facts.
This goes great with tortilla chips. I know the sodium is high, but this is great for special occasions as a treat.
