Larry's Cornbread muffins

Quaker corn meal muffins

Carrot/Bean Salad ss=1cup

A low calorie high nutrient and dietary fiber salad or main dish.
I add chili powder and cumin for a main course spin.

Larry "Jiffy" Corn waffles w/o oil ss=1/4 waffle

Jiffy corn muffin mix substitute oil with 2 Tbsp Applesauce. All other ingredients as listed on Jiffy box. I like this with pinto bean soup. 1/4 waffle only 116 calories. A cup of bean soup is approx the same calorie count. Good main course meal.

Larry's dump cake SS=1/2 cup

Easy cake for a camp out. I have a dutch oven that has a lid with raised rim for holding charcoal briquettes. This is a cake for special occasions. Calorie count should be controlled with portion control.

Larry's Peanut Clusters(abt 100-120 1/2 golf ball size servings)

This is a holiday treat. Serving size is about the size of 1/2 golf ball . Serving size will vary between 100-120 pieces. Portion control is easier if candies are small.
