pre-bake and warm up for breakfast
Mini cheese pizzas. Very quick to make! 1 serving is great for a snack, 2 good for a meal. Would also be great loaded with veggies. I like a lot of cheese, so you could cut some calories out by using less.
lasagna with meat sauce
heat olive oil in wok. when hot, add onions and garlic. Saute until soft. Add peppers and continue stirring. While peppers are cooking, heat chicken strips in the microwave until thawed. Also dissolve seasoning with water in a small bowl. Once peppers are done, add seasing mixture and chicken to wok. bring to boil. stir and let boil about 1 minute. turn temperature down and cover for about 5 minutes.
Warm tortillas in microwave and serve fajitas with copped tomatoes on top.
