The original recipe came from Betty Crocker's Sizzling Stir-Fries; however, over the years I've tweaked it quite a bit. Note that 1 cup of dried brown rice is generally more than sufficient for two people. If serving 4 or 6 people, I'd suggest making 2 cups of rice. I've included the rice prep in the recipe, but it's not in the calculated nutrition totals, as your individual preference of rice would throw off the info.
