low carb tortilla or wrap 2 per serving. This recipe makes two.
Eades almost no carb bread
Cream softened cream cheese, butter and 2 egg yolks.
Add other ingredients...mix well by hand or slow mixer.
Makes 4 logs...about 1.5 x 8-9 inches... pat down on baking sheet to about 2 inches wide and then bake as per instructions.
For low carb diets
cream cheese, 6 oz
olive oil, 1.5 tbsp
soy flour, 1.2 cup
Mrs. Dash, 2 tsp (any flavor you like)
Parmesan cheese, grated, 2 TBSP
Cheddar cheese, grated, 1.3 cup
lower calorie and sodium
no pasta, zucchini
