This recipe is another concoction I made from having a lil this and a lil that left in my freezer. So I combined 3 meats and added a can of spinach to put a spin what can otherwise be a traditionally boring spaghetti sauce.
Add Medical Protein (Soy Isolate) if you have it for the protein you need! That will take this smoothie from 16 g of Protein to 26 (10 g scoop).
