Yummy veggie stew
A great meal replacement smoothie - the swiss chard makes it taste a bit greeny, but it's not bad if you're used to it!
This is a great meal replacement smoothie, and it tastes like a dessert! I added about a cup of swiss chard for extra greens and some ice cubes to make it nice and cold.
This is a great breakfast to have because it's good for you and it keeps you full until lunch. You can add lots of different things to it as well - cinnamon, grated apple, mashed bananna, blueberries
