Orange Teriyaki Chicken

This is a recipe from my crockpot book. It's for a small crockpot (1.5-3 quarts).

You can replace soy sauce with low-sodium soy sauce, or dry sherry with rice wine (mirin). You can also use tangerine zest instead of orange zest or dark brown sugar instead of light brown sugar.
