quick to put together--make lots and separate into servings to keep on track. yummy and filling
looks pretty in the bowl and tastes yummy! My husband loves it--calls it "stewp". Very easy to fix with leftover roasted chicken.(like the ones already roasted at the supermarket!)
boneless, skinless chicken breast--about .75 lb makes enough for 3-4 servings, and low carb
I use a Vitamix 5200. makes it drinkable!
ginger adds a little zip to it!
