Add dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix. in a medium bowl add wet ingredients, including chocolate and microwave for 30 seconds or until smooth, stir. repeat if necessary. Add to dry mixture. Place into PAM sprayed 8 X 8 container lined with wax paper. Use your hand to press flat. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Then cut into 10 to 12 pieces. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
