I made a protein drink with great taste and great texture using Almond Milk, Whey Protein, Cocoa Powder, Banana and flaxseed. Great for my pre-workout cardio.
Cook the tomatoes and spices first. Add an onion if you wish (and cook before adding tomato). Go light on olive oil. Parmesan cheese is optional
Caramelized tomatoes makes a great flavor here. Not too much to overpower the crab. low heat while caramelizing the tomatoes to avert burning them.
Diced apples, red bell peppers, celery (strings removed). Mix with fresh Romaine lettuce. Some stores sell whole Romaine lettuce in bags.
* Romaine Lettuce (salad), 9 inner leaf (remove)
* Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .7 cup (remove)
* Celery, raw, .6 cup, diced (remove)
# Apples, fresh, .6 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
